To access the portal to pay your bills, go to: www.CommunityAce.com or click on the account button below. On the upper right side of your screen, click 'Resident Login' and scroll down to 'Sign Up' and enter the Account Number and Registration Key sent to you via email. If you have misplaced them, please email contact@communityace.com.

• Click on " Resident login"
• Then enter the email on file and password
• If you need assistance accessing the portal or making a payment, please contact Community ACE at 561-783-2968 and a team member will be happy to help you.
• Payment Options:
  • Free with Auto-Draft: Must have a $0 balance to enroll
  • $1.99 Processing fee for one time payments
  • $2.99 Processing fee for credit card payments

• Payments: This menu takes you to payment options and shows you your payment history. To sign up for FREE auto-draft, click 'ENROLL'.
  
• Request: This menu will show you the status of any inquiries or service equests you have made through the 'Other Requests' menu.
• My Profile: This menu will allow you to change your password, verify your contact information, as well as indicate how you would like our office to communicate with you (via email, text, or paper).
